Depends.., which classes u want to teach if you want to be a primary teacher then after 12th you can join Dted ( diploma in Teacher Education) for that u have to score more than 60%. This course is for two years. After this course Tet ( teacher eligibility test, state government ) and Ctet ( Central teacher eligibility test ) from these, any one exam u have to qualify. Then you will eligible for teaching. If u want to teach secondary classes then B'ed ( bachelor of education ) is compulsory. For this after graduation you can give B'ed Cet. Through this entrance exam you can take admission in government college as well as in private college. If your aim is to teach college student then do Masters in any subject or language. Then qualify Net/Set exam after that You will eligible For Teaching higher Classes.
