.there is a provision for yearly inter-departmental games which includes employee of PSU/Departments from every level.Being IAS you will get a chance to play here just mere by choice (if your senior is not interested)....against CM/Legislative Team during IAS week where will will perform to loose(Mandatory to get desired Posting or not to be transferred).....but in case of International Opportunity chances are least(still there are chances) as BCCI is a private institution and govt. have no control over it......it has its own politics and Players are used to get Into/Out as per this Politics(Regionalism/Caste-ism).........we still have a no. of players waiting on bench..........but you may get a chance to play in IPL as Franchise do comes under Company law and being IAS you know HOW to use your position......but this will certainly deteriorate you as a person and so the society.......so it's better to keep your calm and choose one wisely.........listen you hearth and you will find you way........enjoy..best of luck:-)
