Install a printer driver or if physical damage in printer so visit to machanic

If the printer is not yet getting proper responding, you have are requested to follow the below ideas and procedure.

Click on the details and make sure the correct port is checked off and have double click on the printer icon and it show up a list of current jobs in the queue of printer.

Now cancel all document and try print again.

When you are printer is attached by USB port and you must try connecting to other USB port.
