Not necessarily, u must be in stress but not in depression.
Depression is a mental health problem.
The depression ur saying might be of stress.
What u have to do to reduce stress:
Relax, take a break, do some meditating. Let ur mind relax and take a deep breath when u return to studying. Since it's morning, u will feel more refreshed. Don't worry I also have thses kind of stress but I usually just put it away and put my focus. U can also do that if u want to.
