Stay away from people who discourage you.
If you have tension or fear towards something,the best way to deal with it is to face it .
For example if you stage fright and frequently get stressed then perform something.
Use a stress buster like a squishy toy paper or anything.
Mirror is a great way to reduce tension,perform in front of a mirror.
Meditate and stay calm.
