practice a lot. but as you don't have much time you can just practice by reading good articles, essays, letters etc. and try to solve past years papers and sample papers. Believe me it will help you a lot.

To score good in english,
1.Use attractive and impressive language while writing answers.Don't use kidish language.
2. Give more time for grammer,writing section and passages while preparing for exam.
3.Don't write above or below the word limit.It can deduct your marks.
3.Don't extend your ans unnecessarily. Use prused and simple language for 2 mark ques.
4.Maje your writing section as much attractive you can.
