The thing more important than any action in any situation is not losing hope.

Things get tough, Life get ups and downs. But they are not permanent.

They are permanent if you decide to give up.
Be strong, Be consistent, make yourself better.

Worst times??? What are they?? They are just a test. They just check your preparation.

Its a tough time for those who suffer from this .

We feel too much disturbed and want to be alone and if there is not much noise still a person thinks thats its too much .
A person want to cry and want to be slone

BUT

U R STRONG ENOUGH TO FACE THESE KIND OF SITUATION

JUST THINK THAT U R STRONG ,

THESE WORRIES AND TENSION IS FOR A SPECIFIC TIME

AFTER EVERY SAD MOMENT THERE IS JOY

WAIT FOR UR GOOD TIME

SPEND TIMD WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS TRY TO MAKE URSELF BUSY IN SOMETHING .DON'T SIT ALONE OR DON'T THINK TOO MUCH
