If you mean a regular study/ another subject timetable:
1. Always remind your self that you have to succeed
2. Keep it somewhere you can see easily
3. Keep a few breaks in between so you don't get completely bored
4.Try to keep reminders on your phone, if you want
5. Keep your phone on aeroplane mode to avoid distractions
