If you feel tired then first stop and relax your mind. Take a deep breath, hold it for sometime and then release.You will feel better than before. Now stand straight and open your arms in opposite directions.Then take a deep breath again, hold it for sometime and then release.Do same for sometime. Then move your body joints .It will help you.
