Tell her to take a nap. A nap really helps in calming your mind. Also tell her to avoid any electronic devices as the bright light may hurt her eyes and the headache will only get severe. Try not to take a tablet. Take a cloth, dip it in warm water and press it onto her head slowly. Massaging her head also would help. Also you take over her household duties today so that she could rest well. Hope this helps.
