First wear some gloves on your hand and take the  bird in your hand, because the bacteria present  on your hand can infect the bird. Then closely observe the wound for some signs of injury. Then wash the birds wound properly with anti-bacterial soap. Now put some baking soda or cornstarch on the wound to stop bleeding. (if its bleeding) apply some turmeric and observe it for few hours, if you don't find any improvements in bird take it to any aviary veterinarian.
