according to me you must drink boiled water before workout after that means after workout eat milk and banana eat nerm leafs and dry furits

Ina workout we do sternous exercise and so there is a meed to maintain the amount of O2 levels in our body .
So what the nutritionists or the doctors suggest is to eat fruits like banana , dry fruits and energy drink .
You can even drink boiled water but milk or flappachino should be avoided as it can lead to barfing .
