Their are three problems in our economy .What to produce, How to produced ,For whom to produce

1) WHAT TO PRODUCE :-
The producer is in the the situation that he thinks what he produce as their are two types of goods consumer goods and capital goods. consumer goods include rice, any type of food that we consume .capital goods include plant or machinery etc. If a producer produce consumer goods then it would benifiecial for present generation but the future generation suffer because of lack of capital goods. Hence their is a problem of choice of producer that what types goods he produce

2)HOW TO PRODUCE :- Their are two technique to produce goods. Labour intensive technique and capital intensive technique. If we produce goods by the technique of capital intensive then the GDP growth increases but unemployment increases as all the work covered up by the machines .Labour intensive technique promotes employment but the growth of resources would less . Hence their is a problem which technique should choosen by producer

3) FOR WHOM TO PRODUCE :-
Now their is a problem a producer produce goods for poor people or rich people. If a producer produce goods for rich people then his profit is more. But the poverty is increased and if the producer produce goods for the poor people then the problem of poverty is solved and it promotes equality but their is less investment. This their is a problem of choice .
