- Decisions taken must not always be taken upon the majority consent.To endure peace the minority's point of view must also be kept in mind.
- Rule by majority must not become rule majority community, race or linguistic group. Rule by majority must mean that on every decision taken majority vote should be kept in mind. Everybody must be able to come in majority at one time or another.
