Let the smaller of the two odd integers be x.

Then the next odd integer is x+2.

Since the sum of these 2 integers is 96, we may write

x+(x+2)=96

Now solving for x we obtain

2x=94

∴x=47.

Hence the required two integers are 47and49.

Let one no. be x
So, At,
x+(x+2)=96
2x=96-2
x=94/2
x=47
So the no's. are 47&49
