1. Equal number of ministers from both French speaking and Dutch speaking in the Central ministry of the country.

2. Some powers of the Central was given to State and also the state was not subordinate to the Central ministry.

3. Equal number of ministers in Brussels government as the Dutch speaking accepted French speaking in the central ,So French speaking also accepted equals ministers.

4. Community government was introduced which looked after the linguistic,educational and culture based matters
