oxygenated blood contains this much partial pressure. in oxygenated blood partial pressure of oxygen is higher while in tissues partial pressure of oxygen is less so when this oxygenated blood reaches the tissue site the blood goes from its higher partial pressure to lower partial pressure that is from oxygenated blood to tissues and hence the tissues gets oxygen
