What type of change you want in yourself as a teacher to cater the need of the changing society and learner? Explain with at least two example?

I am not a teacher but as a student I would like som changes in the teaching system of schools. Firstly schools should teach the students how to be modest because that's one of the major problems every teen regardless of gender ,should take care of . Schools should also teach them life skills and social skills. And also teach them how to behave to people .

The first and foremost characteristic so as to become an efficient teacher is to have an extensive knowledge about the subject. In order to teach properly and be confident,  a teacher needs to have all the answers ready which the students may ask. Secondly, a teacher needs to be a person with patience and wisdom. Without patience, the profession of teaching can never be accomplished effectively.
