What type of changes you want in yourself as a teacher to cater the need of the changing society and learner? Explain with at least two examples.

The first change I want in myself is to accept the individual nature of each child and cater to their needs.  For example, in my teaching, I should use teaching aids which helps both auditory and visual learners.  For the kinaesthetic learner, I should use activities.

The second change is, I should be able to accept that the students are more exposed and have much knowledge. I should equip myself and I should accept if I’m wrong or if I’m unable to answer a particular question.  I should also keep up my promise in finding the correct solution and explaining the same to the students.
