According to me a teacher is holds a respectable position in society.People see them as idols.As a teacher we need to adapt a few good
qualities in ourselves to give those qualities to our students.These qualities are as under :-
1)Be open to accept changes.As we know the technology is changing this,we need to keep updated to the changes in educational system
2)Be a learner-As we reach stdents we can also learn from students.
3)Be good listener.We need to listen and understand what our students wish to communicate with us.If they need to share something about their life.Listen carefully and be a good guide.
4) Give life lessons to students.We all like teachers who not only teach us but also inform us about life and moral principles.
5)We must give special attention to weak students.We must try not to embaress weak students in class but to motivate them and support them with their studies.
