The two type of changes would be following;

1. To come down to the level of each student and then teach instead of maintaining just one monotonous pace.
2. To figure out different innovative ways of teaching to arouse learning in students.

Changes in society:

Every student is different is a different individual with different learning capability. This would enhance their learning as well as their confidence in themselves.

Example:

1. The students would be more willing to go to school if they learning and having fun at the same time.
2. Lack of teacher bullying has a positive effect on week students.
