There's a famous quote by William Arthur Ward.

“The mediocre teacher tells

The good teacher explains

The superior teacher demonstrates

The great teacher Inspires.”As a teacher, it's the duty to inspire others. In my case, being a motivation trainer, my objective and intention are to motivate and inspire the participants. I prefer the latter as it is more deeper, internal and long lasting.

In the modern society, people are so busy. They just don't have time to think of targets. inspiration, happiness and peace. But they all need it badly, for sure.

I wish I could use more and more real life examples and success stories which the participants can relate easily to their owm life.Moral stories also are good to inspire.

Almost everyone knows theory. To implement they need internal drive and deeper inspiration, which I found is lacking for most of us.

Authentic, practical tips for quick benefits they all want. A trainer should be able to provide these.

Humour is also very very important to keep their mind open, which is otherwise locked and sealed.
