What type of climate would India have had, if the Arabian sea, the Bay of Bengal and the Himalayas had not been there? Explain it with reference to temperature and precipitation

It would be like Arabia or Iran

The temperature would have been hot and the precipitation would be low rainfall. This is because the currents that flow along the Arabian Sea greatly influence the climate of India. The conventional rainfall along the caused by the currents is what contributes to most of the rain along the coast thus the absence of these two would adversely select the climate of India.
