we should wear cotton clothes as they do not absorbs heat or very less heat as compared to any other clothes.

The correct answer is..... During summer days we perspire more because mechanism of our body which keep us cool. we know that during evaporation, the particles at the surface of liquid gain energy from surrounding of our body surface and change into vapour. The latent heat of energy is absorbed from the body leaving the body cool. cotton is good absorber of water helps in absorbing sweat and exposing it to the atmosphere for easy evaporation.
