what type of clothes should we wear in summer

Hi sir,

Summers are too hot, and in hot summer days we should wear cotton clothes.

Why should we wear cotton clothes?
- Cotton clothes absorb sweat. And during evaporation the particles at surface of liquid gain energy from body surface and change into vapour, thus keeping us cool.

And we should wear cotton light colored clothes.

As light color clothes reflects heat instead of absorbing heat,thus making us feel cool.

Hii sir,

To escape the scorching heat of the sun we have to wear something suitable in the summer months:

»We must wear light shaded clothes in the summer. Light colour absorbs less heat and keeps us cool in the summer

»Cotton clothes are also a must since cotton absorbs the sweat in the summer
