What type of combination is required to connect 2ohm, 3ohm,6ohm toget equivalent resistance of 4ohm?

if we connect the 3 and 6 ohm resistors in parallel we get

1/R=1/3+1/6

=2/6+1/6

=1/2

R=2

and if we now connect this R in series with 2 ohm resistor we get

Rf=R+2

=2+2

=4

therefore we have to connect 3 and 6 ohm in parallel and 2 ohm in series.
