For Prelims, cover current affairs from January 2017 to January 2018 as the prelims is like to be held in the last week of MARCH.....though I don't know for sure.
It would be better if you follow a Bengali and a English newspaper everydas, that would help you in answering compulsory language papers also. Beside that follow any magazine like Pratijogita darpan (very useful), Frontline( useful for wbcs), Yojana (useful for covering govt. schemes) etc.
Note down every new information you can across so that before exam you can revise it easily from your notes.
