  • Distal dance mainly consists of three main components namely, Core-distal, core-strength, and contralateral.
  • The core-distal part of the distal dance mainly includes the movement of the limbs and the centre of the body. For this part to be correct the posture of the centre and the limb should be correct.
  • The core strength includes the part where the strength of the body should be equal to the movement of the muscles of the chest, hips and shoulders.
  • The contralateral movements include the movement of the arms and the legs that is a twisting action of the arms and the legs.
