Concave lens should be use in correcting myopia because the image is formed before our retina and so the power of converging is more.
By using concave lens the light rays will diverge and so the power of converging will become less and image will be formed a slight distant from the first place
It is formed on the retina and so we cxan see distant objects clearly.
