x=2y

x-2y=0-----------(1)

4x+y=0----------(2)

a1/a2=x/4x

=1/4

b1/b2= -2y/y

= -2

a1/a2≠ b1/b2

∴ they are intersecting line and has a unique solution

hope it helps

Answer:

This two lines are interesting line.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given two equation,

x-2y=0......(i)

4x+y=0......(ii)

We comparing equation (i) with a₁x+b₁y=0 and equation (ii) with a₂x+b₂y=0,we get

a₁= 1 and a₂=4

b₁=-2 and b₂= 1

Now,

a₁/a₂= 1/4 and b₁/ b₂= -2/1

So,a₁/a₂ not equal to b₁/ b₂

Given two lines are interesting each other and has a unique solution.This two line has a common point .
