our breakfast should be a heavy dose. as it will give energy to us throughout the whole day. it may be comprises of milk, dry fruits, fruits & other vitamin or mineral full substances.
our lunch should not be a heavy dose. it may be a balanced diet which may contain chapati, pulses, rice, green boiled vegetable, salads & etc.
our dinner should only be a kind of formality. it should not be rich in calories.We should take dinner only so that we should not feel hungry in night. it should be the lightest meal of the day.
