A system of evaluation which hasn't changed since Macaulay… really really ancient !!!

2. Reward creativity, original thinking, research and innovation.
3. Get smarter people to teach.
4. Implement massive technology infrastructure for education.
5. Re-define the purpose of the education system.
6. Remove mediocrity out of the system.
7. Allow private capital in education.
8. Make reservation irrelevant.
9. Effective deregulation solves many purposes.
10. Personalize education, sinceone size does not fit all.
