In a free falling body, acceleration due to gravity acts on the object.

As a result, the body falls with increasing speed and before hitting the ground attains maximum velocity while initial velocity is zero.

Here velocity is variable, so body covered unequal distances during equal intervals of time.

Thus, free falling body is non uniform motion.

Answer :- Non - uniform motion.
Uniform motion :- type of motion of a body in which equal distance covered in equal intervals of time. Simple way you can that motion in which Acceleration of body should be zero.
Non - uniform motion :- Type of motion in which unequal distance covered during equal time of intervals .

Here question said free falling body , In free falling body , acceleration due to gravity act on body . Due to this body falls with increasing speed and before hitting the ground attains maximum velocity while initial velocity of body is zero. Here velocity is variable , so definitely body covered unequal distance during equal intervals of time. so, free falling body is no uniform motion.
