Human Resource Management plays an important and critical role to manage a school . There are three basic resources which are needed to manage a school . They are -


1) HUMAN RESOURCES -

Human Resources are essential for students to succeed in their life . These Resources includes - Teachers , Mentors , Managers , and other school staff . Teachers plays an important role in students success . So , HRM should encourage the teachers to use different strategies to teach their students .


2) MATERIAL RESOURCES -

These Resources includes basic materials such as - Black boards , chalks , benches , desks , textbooks , workbooks etc. HRM should aims to provide these basic requirements to schools as they are most important for every student .


3) FINANCIAL RESOURCES -

These Resources plays an unique role to manage a school . These Resources deals with all financial funds of the school . The main objective of these resources is to improve the school education by providing the quality education to children .

There is a range of resources required in order to mange a school.Such resources are very important in the sense that  without them a  school cannot run concurrently.

The most important one of them all is human resource .Human resource is divided into the staff and the supporting staff.The staff is the one that offers what the students require while the supporting staff offers  support for the staff and the learners .

The next resource that is paramount is the financial resource ,This is important in the sense that money is required in order to acquire all this other resources .Money is very paramount  because it can buy books for the learners ,it can pay the human resource and do other very important activities .
