What type of society exist in sweden and Germany?

Sweden has a very egalitarian society. Income and wealth inequalities are one of the lowest in Sweden and in Scandinavia as a whole.  Besides, Sweden follows the welfare state model. While taxes are high (as high as 55%), the Government is very efficient and provides people with the necessities of life.  No wonder that Sweden ranks one of the highest on the Human Development Index.  

I am not sure what the German society is like. However, I do know that the Germans are quite thrifty, they hate spending beyond their means.  They have an extremely good education system, where children spend half the time in the classrooms and half the time working with real companies.  No wonder that Germany has become such an export powerhouse.
