Like GT35(TIC 35%), R5(TIC 30%-40%), TLMW50(WC50%), GW50(50%), GJW50(WC50%).

Steel-bonded cemented carbide combines the advantages of steel and cemented carbide to form its own unique properties, which become an engineering material between steel and cemented carbide, thus filling the gap between them. Steel-bonded carbide has the following basic characteristics:

①The hard phase (WC or titanium carbide) in the steel-bonded cemented carbide generally accounts for 30%-50% of the total mass of the alloy, and the rest is a steel matrix. Due to the large proportion of the steel matrix, the properties of the steel are more obvious, so that forging and heat treatment can be performed. After powder mixing, press forming, sintering, satin, and cutting. After the heat treatment and other processes, steel-junction hard alloy products of various specifications and shapes can be obtained. Its toughness index is improved to a greater extent than ordinary cemented carbide, and the hardness (HRC) can reach 60-70. After forging, cutting and heat treatment, it can be made into a variety of complex molds, and its application range will be more extensive.  more find in wococarbide
