Explanation:

  1. Prokaryotic cells does not include any membraned bound organelle within itself, hence the lysosomes are also not present in them.
  2. Similarly, to enable the RBCs to carry an increased load of oxygen, the cells have developed to function without the nucleus and other associated cell organelles, as a result these cells also lack the Lysosomes.
  3. Some evidences show that, lysosomes are not commonly-found in plant cells. Lysosomes are not needed in plant cells because they have cell walls that are tough enough to keep the large/foreign substances that lysosomes would usually digest out of the cell.
