Universal set : if we assume there are some sets A, B, C and U in such a way that A, B, C are subset of set U then, U is universal set of given sets. mathematically,
if A\subset U,B\subset U\: \textbf{and}\:C\subset U
then, U is universal set of given sets.

now, come to the question,
We know that right triangle is a type of triangle with an angle 90°
Thus, a set of triangles will contain all the right triangles.
∴universal set, U = {x: x is a triangle in plane}
