code of conduct are some rules and regulations laid by the election commission which are to be followed by all the parties and candidates .those who violates it are published by the election commission.

1 . They cannot use any place of worship for election propoganda .

2 . The cannot use government vehicles , aircrafts or official during the election campaigning .

3 . Once the elections are announced the existing ministers can not lay the foundation stone for any projects , the cannot make any major policy decisions and they cannot promise free facilities to the public
