Hydrogen peroxide can be obtained by the auto-oxidation of 2-ethyl anthraquinol. The reduced product is dissolved in a mixture of benzene and cyclohexanol and when air is passed through this, it is oxidised back to 2-Ethylanthraquinone and hydrogen peroxide is also produced .
