when a disease carrying microbe enters our body, body produces antibodies to fight invader.Body also know how to fight against germs if it enters again. So if dead or weekened microbe enter in healthy body, body fights and kills them by producing suitable antibodies. Antibodies remain in our body and we are free from disease cause by microbes. That is why it is necessary to give infants vaccine
