12.5×(14÷8.75)+42= (12.5×1.5)+42=

20+45=62

So 62= 50+?

12.5 \times 14 \div 8.75 + 42 = 50 +? \\ \\ 12.5 \times \frac{14}{8.75} + 42 = 50 +? \\ \\ 12.5 \times 1.6 + 42 = 50 +? \\ \\ 20 + 42 = 50 +? \\ \\62 = 50 +? \\ \\ so \\ \\? = 12 \\ \\62=50+12\\\\62=62\\\\
Hence option B is correct.
