 \frac{x}{3}  + 1 =  \frac{y}{5}  + 1 \\  \frac{x + 3}{3}  = \frac{y + 5}{5}  \\  \frac{x + 3}{y + 5}  =  \frac{3}{5}

(x+3):(y+5)=3:5
