The Bishop is a kind - hearted and a benevolent person.
He is very helpful person and helps anyone in need at any time .
Before helping others , he does not think about himself.
He is compassionate and a forgiving person.
The values listed above is very clear from "The Bishop's Candlesticks" - drama

The most impressing value of the Bishop is - his forgiving behavior.
The bishop didn't punish when the convict stole his candlesticks.
This kindness and sympathy of the Bishop brought a change in the convict.
By forgiving him , the convict changed completely.
