-2i cap+j cap -k cap

Explanation:to get resultant in x axis only its components towards y axis and z axis must be 0..

Therefore add opp. Of y and z axis components .

It comes out to be 3i cap .

But it is not a unit vector

To make it a unit vector add -2i cap in it .

Therefore adding -2i cap +j cap -k cap gives 1i cap

Which is a unit vector along x axis
