considering that you are a South Korean fan and wanna live there permanently as given in your question

according to the South Korean law you either must:

1) have a business in South Korea with a turnover of more than 500k USD

2)are married to a Korean citizen

3) have obtained a degree in South Korea

if you have none of the above then it's highly unlike u will get a permanent citizenship of the country

but then you can apply as refugee if you country treats you in a bad way somehow but getting accepted as a refugee is really hard.
