Answer:26.6

Explanation:

We have formula V1M1=V2M2

We have to find V1

M1=0.45

V2=60ml or 0.06 litre

N2=0.6N= 0.2M as the basicity is 3

V1 x 0.45=0.2 x 60 (simplify further)

=26.6ml
