Answer:

When 2.24lit of N2 and 4.48lit of H2 mix at STP, 2.98L of NH3 is generated.

Explanation:

From the given question, we can conclude the reaction that is taking place is as follows :

N2+3H2 --> 2NH3

So, 22.4 litres of N2 interact with 3 litres of H2 to generate 22.4 litres of NH3.

Given

2.24 litres of N2 are available.

According to the question,22.41 combines with 3 x 22.4 L

So, 2.24L combines with how many litres of H2

So the amount of H2 required = [(3 x 22.4)/22.4] x 22.4

after Calculating the value and we'll get 6.721.

However, because there are only 4.48 litres of H2, it is the limiting reagent.

As a result of the equation, 322.4L yields 222.4L of NH3.

Then, how many gallons does 4.48 litres of H2 give?

 Therefore, = (4.48/ 2x22.4) x (3x22.4)

Calculate the value and we'll get 2.98671 as a result.

As a result, when 2.24lit of N2 and 4.48lit of H2 mix at STP, 2.98L of NH3 is generated.
