NaOH = 0.5 xx 6 = 3

= 3 xx 40

= 120 gm

<br>

2% ((w)/(v)) NaOH

<br>

(120)/(V) xx 100 = 2

<br>

V = 6000 mL

<br> Volume added

= (6000 - 500) mL

<br>

= 5500 mL
