The sannyasa ashrama is one of the four states of ashramas which all include hard work for themselves and others these 4 are brahmacharya, grihastha, vanaprastha, and sannyasa.

The sannyasa is the hardest part in which a man has to reach the supreme spirit inside and also to help other people in their welfare.

The main aim of a man in sannyasa ashrama is to improve the surrounding society and help poor people, sick people and the needy also.
